These are quarter-turn locking screws and work very well if done properly. Many get mistreated by over-tightening and drop out. They click when fastened and that's as far as you should turn 'em. How many there are depends on the version of panel you have. The later (facelift) models have a shorter version with seven fasteners if I remember right. The Mark 1 version has eleven I think. The panel was dropped during Project Drive, but my 2004 has one.

les mots pour désigner ce type d'attache sont variés : tourillons, fixation 1/4 de tour, goujon 1/4 de tour+réceptacle, ...
En fait, il m'a semblé que le plus reconnu et universel soit "attache Dzus", de nom de son concepteur
